Required technical information on specifics to set up the service, and the provider could not supply them. Further, attempted to make up the answer to a question when they didn't know it, and denied it when I called them out.
Dishonest and untrustworthy. Have found customer service practices to be very underhanded when John didn't like the direction of the conversation. Glad I found service elsewhere.
This is an excellent company with amazing customer support. A tricky technical problem was resolved with the assistance of a Telecube staff member, Murray, who painstakingly went about investigating and eventually resolving our internet problem. I can't fault this company at all and would recommend to everyone. Telecube went way beyond what many other companies would do to keep a customer happy. Don't go to Dodo or any of the other Dodo companies - try this one because it's really good :)

I looked at several companies for 1300/1800 numbers and found that Telecube was the most competitive by a long shot. After instantly creating my account with their online system I had my 1300 number setup within minutes (including voice mail activation) as their process was extremely easy to follow.
Before I bought into the service I emailed back a forth several times to find I was getting replies almost instantly.

Telecube have taken on our existing 1800 number, which they have set up with backup voicemail. The service has been fantastic, well and above what I have experienced with previous providers, and at a fraction of the cost. Their many years of experience in the industry is obvious, as is their belief in great customer service and customer satisfaction. I find the pre paid option very refreshing, and the reports they offer on usage are quite detailed. I couldn't recommend Telecube highly enough to anyone looking at porting an existing number, or setting up for the first time.
