Not knowing who to turn to, I googled Pc repairs in my area and Zoo computer repairs came up with a qualified page. It was Saturday morning and didnt expect anyonme to help however Robert took my call and from get go talked me through the issues, was so couteous and respectful to my limited IT knowledge. With so many scammers, I felt comfortable letting Robert access my computer and could see what he had to do. The issue was sorted and recommendations made. I will continue using his service when needed and recommend robert to whoever needs his help with confidence. Thankyou for your service Robert, greatly appreciated.

Turned up on time, very polite. Knew what he was talking about. Tried to save me money as opposed to selling me a new computer.
