Yesterday we had to say goodbye & put our beautiful dog to sleep. They were so patient with us, caring, understanding & very informative. It was so heartbreaking & hard for our family to say goodbye but due to age etc it was time. We had never been there before The Dr & her assistant were excellent. Thank you so much being patient with us & helping our baby girl.

I had decided to try the new Vet at my local shopping centre as the car ride was always traumatic to my pets' usual vet.
When an proceedure was required, I was provided with a quotation of the operation. It actually ended up costing less than this. I was kept up to date with my pet's progress during the day. I needed to return 3 times to have the operation site attended to (due to the location and my pets constant grooming of the area) and it was no problem for the staff to check it over and solve the problem. Extremely happy with the service and the staff. Thank you!
