I borrowed my daughter’s steam mop and noticed that the handle was broken and patched up. It fell over while I was moving it and the handle completely disintegrated. Instead of buying a whole new unit I just purchased a new handle from VacuumSpot. It was shipped the same day and delivered a few days later. It fit perfectly and saved another item from becoming landfill.

I lost the rubber O ring on my Ryobi vacuum because it was loose and fell off in the bin when I tapped out the dust etc that was tossed before I noticed , I found a new one on your website via Google and bought on price but delivery was quick and everything went well so pleasantly surprised when the new seal fit tighter so doesn't fall off at dust clean out and closed off the opening better than the original and the suction is better for the tighter seal.

Easy deal with, though there was an error in the actual part ordered, I had no problem getting the correct part reordered with a full refund except for delivery costs. With Godfrey’s gone I would recommend using the vacuum spot for parts.
