Easy to book in for an emergency visit (online!) Have been coming here for near 5 years I’m sure. Have seen Dr Andre, Dr Wei and more regularly over past years, Dr Semi. Wonderful service from Semi (as always)! Dr Semi gives you options of what can be done and truly thinks of your entire situation at hand and is always happy to help find the right choice. In this case, I chose an extraction! And you never feel rushed here. Follow up call next day to make sure all is well is a great personal touch.
The staff are professional, competent, highly trained, friendly, gentle and understanding. I’d have to be one of the most frustrating of clients to care for, yet I am always greeted with a smile no matter how many appointments are cancelled/changed. I first attended this practice nearly four years ago having put my dental needs last behind some demanding family issues. My dentist, Dr Wei Jiang, hygienist Kate Oakley and other specialists I was referred to set about correcting a long list of deficits. I now have a very healthy mouth, teeth & gums and a lovely smile! All achieved with much good humour such that I actually had fun! BTW, I am 75.

I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled, the dentist's who had done the procedure did an amazing job making sure everything went smoothly.

Dr Schertel saw me and was very detailed with a comprehensive look into what was causing my pain. I am now referred to a specialist for possible root canal treatment.
