I've now been to The Smile Place twice. I don't give WOW's ,a pity but the dental team and staff are deserving of a triple WOW.

Technically they are outstanding. I've never been to a dental surgery before that is so well equipped,friendly,prepared to listen to one's ramblings and more importantly DO THE JOB.

My first visit was to x-ray my teeth. Today's visit was to clean them. A brilliant job Andrew Schertel and your nurse.

OK, so I'm back in a couple of weeks for a filling. I'm sure you'll be gentle.

I am a particularly nervous patient and I was concerned when taking my children to the dental surgery for their visit. Dr Julie and the dental assistance were calm, spoke clearly to the children and made their whole experience a positive one. It was that good, that my son who is particularly nervous enjoyed it so much that the next week when I was going for my own visit, he asked to come!!
For my own personal experience Dr Julie and again the assistants were professional and made my nerves a relevant issue and they took the time to talk me through all of my concerns as well as encouraging all of my efforts.
I now have further work that needs to be done, however I am not as scared as I would have been previously, thanks to the wonderful care and concern displayed.
I cannot praise this professional practice high enough. From my initial conversation where my concerns were noted and relayed to the dentist so that she had an idea of what I was going through before bringing in my children and then of course myself.
Thank you to "The Smile Place" for making this a wholly positive experience for myself and my children!!

Requiring a dental procedure two days prior to travelling interstate.
Needed further investigation on dental condition.
Time running out.
Dr. Taylor arranged for me to see a Maxillary Surgeon at 12:00 that day. Consultation undertaken with an appointment for a procedure at 13:30.
Can`t beat that for efficiency on any scale.

Really great friendly, helpful and most of all HAPPY staff! Everyone there is so happy you can't help but smile yourself and feel like one of the team, they value you as a person not a number. Glad I joined this practice and would recommend it to anyone. Rob was lovely and I felt thorough, was able to see Natalie for a clean which was great, never seen a hygienist before and rob was right, much better clean than any dentist would do. Do yourself a favour a pick this clinic! Actually looking forward to my next visit so thank you!!!

Rob and Sandy with their staff run a great and friendly practice and are very responsive to their customers requirements. Emergencies are catered for with great efficiency should this be required. This is a very competent and safe practice!

Really polite and professional, geniune care and attention.

I had not been to a dentist in 10 years,I was afraid of them.Having visited the Smile Place in MT Eliza,I'm not afraid anymore.From the moment I walked in the door and greeted by the friendly reception staff,my mind was at ease.I was seen by Dr Andre and he was fantastic,caring,professional dentist.The dental nurses were great also.I would honestly only recommend this dentist to family and friends..in fact I already told a friend,he has been there and he loved the experience at the dentist also..Thankyou so much for my pleasant experience at the dentist.

Visited dentist for a checkup and clean. Administration staff were very helpful. They were flexible with my appointment day and time and gave a thorough understanding of process, costs etc. always did they have a smile. Dentist nurse was friendly and comforting. Dentist was extremely professional. She discussed process as well as support for future hygiene, was positive, thoroughly checked teeth and detailed what was checked. Mouth with teeth felt brand new on completion. Practice was clean, along with dentistry equipment. Thank you for giving me a positive experience. I had not been to a dentist for 5 years and thought price great, this included X-rays. Thank you The Smile Place Mt Eliza. Easy car parking and location too.

Had a fantastic experience at this clinic. Great dentist, Rob, he knows certainly knows his stuff, I love the fact that no pressure was put on me to do the work I needed done. I went back and saw the hygienist. It was great to have lots of accommodating times available. When I saw Natalie, she was great and boy does she know her stuff too. Told me things I wish I knew years ago. The clean was very pleasant, not only was i constantly reassured and made comfortable but actually we had a few laughs too. Whats more the nurse even patted my face down when the water sprayed! Talk about spa treatment service. Price as to be expected but your not just a number, your very much valued

This dentist is the only one I recommend to friends. The building is very beautiful - it makes you feel like you aren't at the dentist at all!! Truely a relaxing environment. All of the dental staff and reception staff are exceptionally nice. None are in a rush to get you back out the door - they give you the time you need to ask questions and understand your dental situation. I never look forward to visiting any dentist but when I visit here, it is always a good experience. I have visited about 4 times.
