Not a big range of electronics to choose from compared to other electronic stores. However the staff were very friendly.

i recently bought my son an ipod touch and after much searching for a good deal came across tandy. the sales girl was very helpful without being pushy and was knowledgeable. i asked for a good deal and she delivered. she was also very kind and professional when i went to get a better offer. i soon returned as she had the best offer but also the nicest manner. i like going to a store where the staff are interested and friendly rather than pushy or inattentive.

Good rang of products. Very helpful staff. They will give you the best advise possible and help you with the product. The have very good knowledge of their products.

Small selection of goods. But if you need a common electronic item, it's a convenient place to go to. Like Dick Smith, the prices are on the high side so if you can go to another place, do so.

No one said hello, no one wanted to help me. it was as if i was an inconvenience to them. The position is great, being in the westfield, however i dont know how they expect people to buy anything if they dont even bother saying hi.

These guys in this store are brilliant and are so up to date with their technical knowledge. I am impressed every time I have gone into the store and purchased Ipod and they are so helpful. They match other people's prices too, so I always go back to them if they are not the cheapest and give them my custom because they are so nice.
