Terrible wait time and staff that seemed annoyed that we had interrupted their personal conversation so they could take our order. If that wasn't bad enough both time I have been here they got my order wrong.

Distingly rude staff, made to wait 5 minutes in drivethru after the previous car just to place my order, wasnt greeted just asked "what did I want" money was snatched out of my hand, customer service is pathetic they need to retrain their staff that the customer is king and customer service entails actually delivering service to customers.

One of the great things about McDonalds is you know what you are getting. This location is convenient - right on the highway, and there's plenty of parking. Newspapers are available, and there are plenty of them. Unlike some fast food places, even when they're busy, there's almost always some spares.

There's the regular part of the restaurant - indoors, and a separate section towards the back which is covered but more open. A great place to sit, eat and read the paper on a sunny day.

One quibble. The ordering here is not like the newest McDonalds - where you line up, place your order, are given a receipt, the completed order numbers are called out, and you collect your food from another counter. Here, at Pakenham, where there isn't a lot of room in front of the cash registers, people sometimes form a single line even when more than one person is serving. Then, a new arrival sometimes enters, and goes directly to one of the open counters - doesn't realise all the others had been queuing in the one line.

My quibble is the staff don't speak up - to enforce how people should queue - it isn't as clear as is could be, and this sometimes leads to people (possibly unwittingly) pushing it.

At the end of the day this is a mcdonalds. In saying this the staff can be helpful but they need to watch their beginners more. Have had many trips here with many stuffed up meals. Although drinks are expensive its usually the one thing they get right. Toilets are rarely clean & stocked with paper. The drive through is generally pretty quick. The one thing that really annoys me is how they chop & change ingredients just or the sake of changing or saving money. They stop regular menu items suddenly & dont even advertise its cease-ment on their website or facebook.

Chips are always cold and soggy, had a mixed up order more than once, they are quick some of the times and inside is not that clean and tidy. In summer there frozen coke machine never seems to be working on a really hot day.

I just love Mcdonalds my family and i eat here regulaly good service, great food always greeted with a smiley face.

Always great customer service. Restaurant is always clean. When going through drive thru its usually alway quick.

A really nice Mcdonalds - the service is good, the dinning area is modern and kept clean. Special order burgers are quick. The McCafe has great coffee and excelent range of cakes etc.
