I was very impressed with the agent Mr Dean Rodda, he was friendly, informative, helpful and quickly formulated a security plan for our home and family. This included an alarm, remote controls as well as a medical alert pendant for my teenage son who has cerebral palsy (the pendant also comes with a watchband which it can be threaded through and worn on the wrist) as well as a reed switch for our manhole. The installer came on time, he was polite and respectful of our home as well as quick and happily explained to all of us the workings of the system and how to use it correctly. I am very happy with the system we chose for our home, and even happier that we now have the security of knowing both the paramedics and police are just "the push of a button" away. Great peace of mind especially with growing teenagers who seek some independence or other family members who may need assistance at times. A 10 out of 10 experience! Beyond satisfied!
