Have had a few pleasant trips here, service was as expected, small variety of cakes, sandwiches and usual fried foods at expected prices.
However on my last visit I was shocked and quite embarrassed when an employee refused to take my money. Granted, I was buying drinks for my children and only had a $50 note to pay. HOWEVER, I did not expect the flat out rudeness and refusal to take my order.
I would love to know how they expect to stay open when they refuse sales... and is it really necessary to humiliate customers in front of others, who are just trying to make a purchase???
Now I can understand if there was a legitimate reason for rejecting my purchase, but surely this can be done in a polite and friendly manner.
I will not be returning.
