Took my laptop in to be repaired in dec 2016 because a hinge was broken, quoted $470 to replace whole screen. They told me it would take a week, communication was poor had to call them for updates and it was the same old waiting for a part, that part was wrong had to get it somewhere else and are waiting for it to come will call you back and update, no calls back, waited till march 2017 finally had enough to pick it up NOT REPAIRED, took it to my trusty old centre com where I should have to begin with $140 to replace hinge which was what I thought should have happened to begin with. Never again will I take anything to av2pc and I will make sure I tell everyone how bad the service is and not to go there.
