Called them for a tyre puncture repair.
Had to pay the call out fee and before they could start they wanted to know my car tyre size. So I knew they are going to ask me for a tyre replacement.

He immediately told that the tyre cannot be repaired, which I felt was incorrect and he used my situation to his benefit.
Paid $145 for the tyre repair which was not done instead replacement the tyre with a cost of another $290.

He won't talk without a EPOS machine in his hand, meaning pay upfront for everything.
Will not recommend going to him again.

Great mobile service, my car was stuck in the a city carpark with low clearance-roadside assist would not help us. Sam came to the rescue and managed to reach me with a new starter motor. He even called an hour later to check if made it home and the car was working fine!

They replied very quickly to my message, and got to my car really quick as well.
Unfortunately, they did not identify the correct issue, and quoted me an incredibly high price for fixing it. I went with another mechanic, who identified a different issue, which aligned with the problems I was having with the car MUCH better, and fixed it for more than half the price. He said that what AusTech mechanic said was the issue, was absolutely wrong. I am throughly disappointed in them.

Very efficient and helpful and quick response

He arrived within 10 mins. Diagnosed the fault and fixed the problem. Threw him a small tip as he explained it was not my alternator.
I can highly recommend this mechanic. Need more people like this.
